1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Talk Stories voice application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. Service Description
Talk Stories is a voice application owned and operated by Tell Stories Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the State of California, United States. The App provides automated voice calls and SMS messaging services to users.
3. Communications Consent
By using Talk Stories, you expressly consent to receive:
Daily automated voice calls
SMS messages related to the service
Service updates and notifications
You acknowledge that standard voice and SMS rates from your carrier may apply. You may opt out of communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the App.
4. California Privacy Rights
As a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:
The right to know what personal information is collected
The right to delete your personal information
The right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information
The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
5. Communication Restrictions
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws. We will not initiate calls:
Before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM local time
To numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry
Using artificial or prerecorded voice messages without explicit consent
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tell Stories Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via SMS or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Severability
